At the end of the day, you have got to keep positive. Always smiling regardless.

It is extremely important that we send a message out across to everybody that Black lives matter because it is a thing where racism shouldn't be in our game at all, shouldn't be around at all.

It doesn't really matter if you've been bought or you're at the club already or whatever it is. You've always got to fight for your position and show the manager, your teammates, the fans why you should be playing every game, keep improving every day.

People are always going to be rude to you or say stuff you don't want to hear and it's part of football. Sometimes you've got to block it out your head and keep going on with the game, but at the same time it should never happen in football, everybody should be enjoying the game, and as I said it's unacceptable.

I don't think discrimination should be anywhere.

Every opportunity I get I want to take.

Every time I get an opportunity I want to impress as much as possible, get as many goals and assists as possible and work hard for the team as much as possible.

Every time Chelsea play Tottenham, everybody knows how big of a game it is.

We want to be out there playing football and we want to enjoy what we are doing and we want the fans to be enjoying everything with us.

I just want to make sure that I keep pushing myself every game and every minute and making sure that I keep trying to score goals and make assists and keep trying to help the team as much as possible to get what we want, which is a trophy at the end of the day.

I am in London every day so I know my way around London. I know where to go for dinner, I know where to go to chill and relax and I know where to go to the movies.

I just play my football, do the best that I can. You just want to play your football.

No matter if things are going good or bad, you cannot stress about things.

It doesn't matter who you are, what colour you are, you should all be treated the same, all equal.

I like to look up early, see the open play and try to switch the ball quickly.

When I'm on the ball, I like to create as much as possible.

No matter when the opportunity comes, I'm going to try and continue to do my best and contribute to the team - scoring and assisting.

If I play the whole game or just at the end, you've got to show what you can do and have that belief in yourself.

There were days when I would go into training and I would be sad or disappointed because I could see the boys outside training and you just want to be out there with them. So I had the dark days but at the same time I had positive days as well.

Obviously it's a great feeling for people to acknowledge you and know who you are and they're getting to know you better, but I still want to remain humble because there's a long way to go.

I know I can always get better and keep getting better.

I said from the start that I made the right decision to stay at Chelsea. I've been there all my life. I've loved the club from day one.

You just want to show your capabilities, your ability on the ball and what you can do.

I feel confident to give my best every time I play no matter what the game I'm playing in is.

Every day we want to learn and keep improving.

I like to think of myself as a very down-to-earth person.

Playing wing-back is more defensive-minded, so you have to judge when to lunge in for a tackle, not just recklessly going in, or making sure you're in the right position when you're covering for a team-mate.

I'd definitely say I prefer more-attacking positions for myself, as a winger or a No 10 kind of player.

You know what I've got a lot of good people around me who I know that, if I call them, they'll answer the phone and we can have a good chat about anything.

There are times in a game when I'm playing wing-back and I'm looking forward and thinking I can go forward here, but then I know, just in case, if I do and we then lose the ball and it's a counter-attack the run back is very far. So sometimes you decide to stay back.

Ronaldinho, players like Cristiano Ronaldo, they are the players I would look up to and say to myself, 'I like the way they play.' They are always happy about football, always positive. I look up to them and think to myself, 'I can do the same thing as well if I just be confident and be myself.'

You've got to take every game the same way, whether there are fans or not.

I think that since VAR has come in, goals are being ruled out for very minor things. You're being given offside for someone's toe. Like, how can you give that? It's crazy.

I get energy through music and I like to play my favourite songs before the game so I'm amped, I know I've got the adrenalin, I'm warmed up, I'm ready.

Sometimes I'm feeling an African type of way so I want to be listening to Afrobeat or, another day, I'll be thinking I want to listen to Tory Lanez, Drake, something like that.

I've always had that mentality of working hard and proving to myself that I'm capable. I've always tried to be better than everyone else, work harder than everyone else.

Every time my dad talks to me, I listen. He's been there, he knows what it takes, he's had to cut things out of his life to play at the highest level. He's always been there, for every game, no matter what, whether it's here or out of the country. He's got a certain whistle, so I always know he's there. His advice helps me every day.

I'm always ready, no matter what the situation is.

I'm always remaining humble.

When I was a kid, the thing that scared me most was the Chucky doll from those horror films.

My fave ice cream flavor is vanilla.

I've always looked to the Bundesliga and thought to myself it would be a good place to try something new, a different experience.

I always look at stuff as a learning curve, never negative. It's always a learning factor for what you do next time.

I train well every day, I give my all in every game, but then I don't get picked. Of course if there are other players doing well in your position, they should get picked as well, but at the same time, you always want to fight for your position and have a fair chance.

Sometimes it was difficult and frustrating. You are sitting on the bench or might not even be in the squad and then you're like 'what on earth have I done to deserve that?'

Just everybody stop the racial abuse.

I just want to play football and make my family proud.

I just want to live my life.

How can you even racially talk about someone else, or discriminate against them because they're a different colour to you?

If your team is losing, you shouldn't be calling other players certain things because your team is not winning the game or you are frustrated about how your team is playing.
