No matter where I'm playing, I want to give my best no matter what it is.

You don't want to be on the bench thinking, 'Why am I not playing?'

Regular football gives you consistency and the more games you play, the more consistent you become, the more form starts to kick in.

Every opportunity I get I'll keep striving and keep working hard, especially in training because that proves everything.

Raheem's a very nice guy, he's very encouraging, very positive about everything he does.

Sometimes you don't like shouting but sometimes it motivates players to keep improving and keep showing your quality.

I want to keep getting goals and assists and working hard for the team.

You want to be that player who every team fears and where you have a target to get a goal or an assist for the team in every match you play, to help the team as much as possible because that contributes at the end of the game.

Every opponent we play against we want to try and get the three points, score goals, concede less. We're going to keep pushing until the last day. No matter what, we'll keep pushing.

I always had the same mentality whatever the age group is.

When I was at Crocodile Park I used to play against people way older, players who were 16, 17 years old. It was good for me. They might not be as good as players but at the same time you are still getting experience because they have played a bit longer than you and you're going to know the physicality as they are and it brings out the best of you.

Someone like Raheem is like an idol to me.

Good or bad, everything happens for a reason. So you have always got to be grateful.

No one is a perfect player, I think that every day when I go onto a pitch, I want to try my best, work hard and keep improving.

I always speak to the coach and to the manager, but I've had a lot of family helping me too.

My family back at home, they watch all the games.

I want to be one of those players that you know is regularly on the scoresheet.

If I can get a goal one game and then maybe the next game I get an assist and the next game a goal again, it's helpful for all aspects.

You scoring or assisting helps the team win so I look at it like that.

When I was on the pitch with Hazard for the first team, it was such a great feeling. He's my role model and, after all this time I've been talking about him and watching him, I couldn't believe I was playing with him.

All these years I've been sitting in the stands and looking at players like Didier Drogba and, as I've got older, Eden Hazard and Willian, because they are in the sort of positions I play and I'd like to try to emulate them.

When you play for the club you support it's a massive feeling. You just can't believe it.

I need to take each opportunity I get when I'm in the team.

I've been a Chelsea player since I was eight and this is the right club for me to be at.

We don't like losing. That's the Chelsea mentality, we always want to win games.

No matter where we are in the league we're going to keep pushing until we get to number one and no matter what the game is, we're Chelsea, we want to give our best every game no matter what and hopefully keep rising up the table.

I went to the stadium, Hearts of Oak. I literally couldn't get in it was so packed with fans trying to get inside any way possible.

Literally when I was two years old I would go to the park and start playing football with my dad and brother.

We had a couple of peacocks that were at my school. They are very beautiful animals. You look at them, they are very calm and relaxed. But if you start getting too close, they start spreading their wings and going absolutely crazy! There was a lot of them at my school. It was amazing.
