I'm been very lucky to be in the situation I've been in. I grew up in Virginia Beach, went to school at the University of Virginia and played in D.C. for the better part of 14 years, with my parents being four hours away. It's been a very special place growing up here.

I've always been taught just to go about your business and do things the right way on and off the field.

I always go for a cheeseburger. I do ketchup, mustard, and mayo all mixed together. Pickles have to be on it, and shredded lettuce.

I love ribs and brisket.

I'm not much of a beer drinker.

My wife and I we go to a couple nice dinners a year to get out of taking care of the kids.
