If I had one message of encouragement to the people in my city, my country, and all across the world, it would be to remember who you are. We are strong, resilient people who are capable of displaying love, kindness and patience in the most violent of storms. Remember all of the tough times and uncertain situations you have endured.

I go out there every day with the mindset of getting better.

I've run from conversations, from relationships and interactions, my whole life. Now, I will walk straight toward that discomfort. Because that's produced more positive results than running ever did.

Blocking teaches you to be humble and completely selfless.

If the results don't come as quickly as you would like, it might be a benefit and blessing you with the character development that you need.

God has a bigger plan for me than I have for myself.
