I did not know George Floyd personally, but I am African American just as he is. He is my brother.

Listen, we're all on television because everybody wants to see the fabulous life. They want to see the businesses, the kids, the family, they want to see all of that. That's what embodies a Housewife. I would not suggest anybody not to show it. I would just suggest making sure you have everything in order.

There have been lots of highs and lows, but I regret nothing. Every single thing that has happened to me has made me greater. I am greater because of those tougher moments.

I have had to have faith to pull me through a lot of dark situations.

It's your hair once you purchase it. Nobody can tell me once I put my wig on, it's not my hair. I don't care if I can take it off in five minutes.

When it comes to human hair, you want to try and keep the soft feel of it. Also, if you have color in your wig, you need to maintain that color, and make sure you're not washing it out every time. You have to use the appropriate chemicals for that hair type.

I've worked out before without having my wig tacked down in place, and that was a little scary. My best advice is to wear a hat or tie your wig down with a scarf to help keep it in place.

If you take care of your wig, they're always going to be good to go.

My daughter is a huge motivation for me to be healthy. But I also have a lot of great inspirations in my life and people that I emulate, like my mother.

For my diet, I really am not on anything strict to be honest. I just do what makes sense.

If I'm craving a hamburger, I'll have a hamburger. But then the next day I'll make sure that I have a salad, a lot of water, and a good mix of vegetables.

I've had a miscarriage before in my past, which I've also been open about because I suffer with fibroids and had to have a myomectomy.

We want any officer of the law, who has taken part in excessive force and police brutality to be held accountable for what's happening to our people.

I mean, if anybody has followed my career on 'Housewives,' I have had plenty of crazy seasons.

Body-shaming any mom, I think that's wrong, but, you never know what other people are dealing with.

After we have children, our hormones are all over the place, we don't even feel like ourselves, we are very sensitive to any type of criticism because we're trying to be the best mom we can be, and you already feel like you're not perfect at that.

I cannot even imagine making fun or talking about a woman's body while she's pregnant or postpartum.

Bullying can happen as an adult, it can happen as a child, in college, or your work place, everywhere.

After I had my daughter - listen - I just knew she was my world. That's it.

I knew that I wanted to semi-retire at 40.

I love traveling with my hubby, and any chance to have a great time with some romance involved, no need to ask, you can count me in!

You have to think about, for me to get to a place to walk away from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' to walk away from 'Dish,' put Porsha first and really concentrate on what I want to do and my purpose, faith walk, when you meet someone else at that exact same place, it's a powerful force.

I longed to be a mother, and every good mother knows how to spot toxic and dangerous situations to protect their children, even those who are unborn.

The constant in my life was me not knowing my worth, not loving me enough, not shaping my life, being a shadow of my true self.

Leaving reality television after 10 years, people have gotten to know me and been on this journey with me.

The problem was in the past, I was just submissive to the wrong person. If you have a true partnership with your husband or long-term mate, then it will not be a position of submissive where you will feel less than; it'll just be letting that person be the man or the leader of the family.

I'm used to people having an opinion and me being under a microscope.
