I always take my makeup off before bed, even after a night out. Cleanse, tone and moisturise. I also like my skin to be able to breathe, so I don't wear thick, heavy makeup on my face.

I do wear a lot less makeup in the summer, definitely - mainly because you've got a bit of a base tan.

When I go away, I do like to sunbathe and relax in the sun but I use SPF. I use factor 30 on my face and 20 or 30 on my body.

When I go to the gym I never do cardio, it doesn't really work for me. It makes you fitter and it makes your stamina better, so it's better for your heart, but for me weights and resistance training is what sculpts your body so I do that.

I prefer wearing no makeup anyway, because I like the contrast when you go out at night and you look different. I actually feel more confident with less makeup than I do with makeup on.

I probably wish I'd worked harder in school. I loved school but it was more a social thing for me. I did well in school but I could have done better.
