Our enemies might have taken different shapes, but we have not changed. Our struggles have not changed. That is the DMK.

Everyone has different beliefs. There are no ups and downs in it. The Dravidian model of government has never been a hindrance to those beliefs.

DMK made promises for the welfare of people. We had studied the ways to fulfill the promises before making them. Instead of seeing them as freebies, we consider them as schemes to preserve and boost the livelihood of people. We are firm on fulfilling promises at the appropriate time.

Do not confuse NEET with educational ability as they are different. NEET benefits students of a particular stream. It favours a student who is ready to spend lakhs to learn at coaching centres. It does not offer space for the poor and government school students.

The syllabus of Tamil Nadu will improve the learning abilities of students and will be on a par with other streams of schooling.

Tamil Nadu is the state that created a separate department for higher education.

My plea is that if we want to preserve India's diversity, federalism, democracy, secularism, equality, fraternity, state rights, education rights, we must all leave aside our individual political mindsets and unite.

All parties must realise that unity is strength. Everyone must come together to save India.

We criticise the policies of the BJP, not of individual persons... So all our criticisms are principled.

All secular and democratic forces should come together as a single force to defeat the communal BJP at the Centre. I will follow the successful formulas adopted by Kalaignar in the past.

DMK will always oppose the BJP's communalism and fascist approach.

If a person is in DMK, his entire family is part of the party. The DMK comprises lakhs of families. If you study the party closely you can find from grandfather to great-grandson, all of them were members of the party.

It is the BJP that made use of YouTubers such as Manish Kashyap to serve their agenda and spread fake news that migrant workers were being attacked.

The DMK will not interfere in the internal affairs of other political parties and the ruling AIADMK is not an exception.

All parties have space in democracy.

Though I have nothing personally against Mr Modi, he is a representative of a wrong ideology.

Everyone knows the DMK and the BJP hold different views.

Tamil Nadu is the only State that launched a Climate Change Mission and constituted a special committee. We have renamed the government department as Department of Environment and Climate Change. No other State has given so much attention to the issue.

I have reiterated on many occasions that climate change is going to be the biggest challenge.

The BJP is trying to make temple and devotion as advantageous to its politics.
