I am human, and I am also honest.

Life is about connections, and some people have better chemistry with others. That don't make you bad people.

When you decide to come on to 'The Bachelor' or 'The Bachelorette,' you make a conscious decision to share your journey. But what people sometimes forget is our families don't necessarily make that same choice. They aren't the ones who sign up for this experience.

My grandparents were best friends in kindergarten and never loved anyone again.

Truth is, I have been scared of birds since I was a little girl. I think it's genetic because my mom shares this fear with me.

When I was approached with the idea of two Bachelorettes, I was definitely not jumping for joy. It was more like, pouting for hours.

I've loved and been so passionate about dance since I was three years old, and it's really what I wanted to do as a career.

My mom would always over decorate the house to the point where she'd switch like soap dispensers and all the towels. We would blow fuses in our house all the time because we have too many lights going on and I just feel like we did Christmas right around the Bristowe residence.

If you had asked me when I was little, like, 'Imagine you were on Broadway,' I'd be like, 'Yeah, right.'

I grew up dancing and singing and I just love everything about that.
