I stretch and put on music before I go to bed. When I'm ready to sleep, I make sure there are no lights, sound or movements.

I love learning about all the cultures around the world, and I also love sharing my own.

I'm always trying to connect the East and West, trying to connect the dots; that's why a lot of my songs are in English. But if you see closely in my music videos, the visuals and everything, I'm always spreading my culture, the Asian culture, the Chinese culture.

I'm just trying to be healthy because I want to survive longer as an artist. I want to go longer, and in order to do that you need a good body and good health conditions.

Working in the entertainment industry, there's no nighttime, there's no holiday, there's no vacation, there's no Monday, there's no Sunday. There's no specific time zone. There's no lunchtime, sometimes. There's no dinner.

For exercising, you need to maintain your nutrition and proteins, and I'll usually eat some chicken breast, a lot of greens, maybe some milk, and some fruits. Then I just thought to myself, Why don't I put everything in the blender? Because when you eat it, it goes into your stomach and it's going to be the same anyways.

There's no time to waste on hate. Let's love more and let's share more.

I just really hope that people go for their dreams - risk it, believe in yourself, and go for the dream.

When you do stuff that you love everyday, you won't get exhausted or tired, you'll want it to be perfect and you'll want to go further and further.

I Love You 3000' is a song that originally was inspired by The Avengers. I created a Chinese version with my own twist to it.

People tend to choose to leave situations when they are hurt, but I've definitely remained in certain situations through love.

The people in Mong Kok, I would say, they try a lot of different stuff. So when you try a lot of different stuff, there's the weird part, the awkward part. But there's some good parts. Everyone tends to focus on the bad part where they forget that it's actually leading the fashion trends in Asia, in Hong Kong.

There's a specific location in Hong Kong called Mong Kok. There's a stereotype that people there dress funny, they're rude, etc. Just negative stuff that made me think to myself, 'Why is everyone looking at it in a bad way?' It's actually good. It's just a matter of how you think of it.

I always count in Cantonese because that's my first language.

I've listened to Prince since I was a kid. I think my parents played me that, and then I just stole their CD and played it over and over again myself.

Every time I do dream, it's always some kind of action film.

I think it's not very respectful if I jump into acting when I'm not very good at it.

If I have a kid at 60 years old, then when they are 20 years old, I would be 80 years old. By then, I won't be able to have a drink or chat with them.

By the time I'm 35 or 40, if I cannot find love, I will post on Instagram to ask for help.
