I have young guys come up to me after games and say they want to train with me and they don't know how I do it. It's God, it's training and it's love for the game.

I feel like every year it's something with me. I've got to overcome everything every year.

If I can go compete with the young guys during training in the offseason, I should be fine during football.

When I'm done, whenever I feel like I'm done, I'm going to come back and retire as a Niner.

My coaches respect me - the way I come to work, practice and play.

My son going to college is a big milestone.
