I wear my heart on my sleeve and I am known for getting a little bit emotional at times.

Sometimes when you stare adversity in the face you've got to go back to those basic principles of football and do them right.

It is definitely what my aim is to get everyone to do their part and take on that responsibility of being a leader - whether you are playing or on the bench or if you have not made the team.
