Moving to Flagstaff from the big city of Melbourne taught me what it takes to become a better runner. For one, there is the altitude, but more importantly, seeking the best is about being surrounded by the best.

I guess when there is room to improve, and where there is the desire to improve, improvement comes.

No doubt about it, the higher you achieve, the higher you reach.

There will always be something higher for me to reach for, and as long as there is, I'll keep reaching.

It doesn't matter where you come from. Running is a universal sport and universal language.
