I helped my dad do landscaping from when I was 14, and then every summer when I'd come home for college, I'd play on a travel baseball team, but during the day, I'd do landscaping.

Music was something that nobody in my family does.

All me and my brother knew was sports - music was never something I ever really thought of.

After going to a few Keith Urban concerts, I thought, 'I'd really like to learn how to play guitar.' I studied Keith Urban a lot and how he performed.

I've always been a huge fan of Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, and George Strait. That's what I grew up on. But I also loved Usher and Justin Timberlake.

It's really cool to see people show up at the shows night after night, and they're screaming the words of the song.

I learned from watching Florida Georgia Line every night. The energy that they possess on stage, that's something that I wanted in my show.

My true dream, ever since I was a kid, was to play professional baseball. It's something that I worked my whole life for. But that didn't work out with the knee surgeries and whatnot.

Thanksgiving Day, we do a huge lunch. Big family, like, 60 people, we get together. Everybody brings a covered dish, everybody brings a dessert, and we go all out.

I graduated college and moved back home, started helping my dad, did landscaping for a living.

I grew up playing sports, and my dad was always really into that, very passionate about that, as was I, but even my passion for music far outweighs what it was for sports. That's hard for me to believe. And it's hard for me to believe that my parents' passion for music far outweighs their passion for sports, but it does.

Once I got into the music, I realized that I had a passion for it that far outweighed what it was for baseball.

When I first started as a cover band, I built everything based on hanging out every night after the shows and talking to as many people as I can and making relationships.

Golf during the day, music during the night - it don't get much better.

I grew up playing football and baseball and moved on to play college baseball, and, you know, as a kid, my dream was to play professional baseball.

You've got Chris Stapleton doing what he's doing, and Sam Hunt, Florida Georgia Line... Everyone has their own lane, and we felt like the falsetto was my lane.
