When I dream, I dream big.

You keep dreaming big, never put the limit on your dreams, and believe that everything can come true.

I'm really tired, incredibly tired of hearing people say that fashion is behind anorexia.

A ponytail or a chignon makes me feel very beautiful and sensual. I feel like I can be more myself that way - I can move and talk without worrying about the hair.

I love to be tan. Maybe this is the wrong message, but I don't always put sunscreen on.

My normal look is so regular that when I'm going out or doing something, I like to be excessive. I'm very Italian - I don't like to go small.

Because my friends and family are real people, and they wear all sizes, I couldn't imagine designing something that my loved ones could not wear.

When I was pregnant with my second baby, I almost gained 50 pounds. I enjoyed my pregnancy, but then I had to lose the weight for work.

With modeling, I'm thankful to have so many work options. But you do have to be able to say no. In reality, everything would be yes because every gig pays more than any normal job. But you still have to keep your priorities straight in life. And my priorities are my girls.

I just realized some things make me happier, and the good weather in California makes me happier.

Bones don't make for success on the runway, but a proportioned, balanced body does.

I began working as a model because I was born thin. I didn't become thin to be a model.

What the canons of beauty transmit is an idea of taking care of yourself. Eating well, living healthily, doing sports. It's a way to highlight the natural beauty in each of us. The natural body that all of us are born with.

32 in modeling years is like 60.

It's amazing because I've done so many of these things I've always wanted to do - almost everything - in my career.

When you become a mother, it's your mission in life to protect your child. I therefore can't imagine what a hell it must be crossing the sea with a crying child on your lap without any certainty of making it to the other side alive.

I wouldn't know the political solution to ending the conflict in those countries that refugees escape from. The only thing I know for sure, however, is that we need to help these people.

It's easy for me to stay grounded because I know I am just a girl, a mother, a daughter, a lover... a normal person who was lucky enough to do this job, and I know it's my job - not the person I am.

It's all about portion control.

I transform when I work, but on a daily basis, I really don't pay that much attention to my looks.

My definition of beauty is happiness. I believe that when you are happy, it shines through and makes you a more attractive and beautiful person!
